- Airport Access: Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is ~14 miles and ~20-30 minutes away. SEA is directly connected to downtown Seattle via the Link light rail. The travel time is ~38 minutes to the Westlake Station, which is 2 blocks from the Hyatt. The adult fare is $3.00 each way.
- Parking: Overnight self-parking is $54/night. It is only available for hotel guests and includes in/out privileges. EV charging stations are available. Overnight valet is currently $59/night.
- Cancellation: There will be no charge if your room is cancelled 48 hours prior to the first day of arrival; if you cancel within 48 hours, you will be liable for one night, plus tax.
- Incidentals Hold: At check-in, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges, as well as an additional $75/night for any incidentals. These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction. Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within 3-5 business days. It’s strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check-in.

The Hyatt is also centrally nestled in the heart of everything that makes The Emerald City special! It is a short 3-block walk to the Monorail stop, which ends at the Seattle Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Garden. It is also ~10 minutes by foot to the iconic Pike Place Market, which overlooks Elliott Bay on Puget Sound.
Conference activities will take place directly across the street at the Seattle Convention Center | Summit, but the Hyatt Regency's lounges, as well as its central Andare Kitchen & Bar, are sure to be teeming with Gophers in the off hours!
